I'm new to Classmates, just joined today out of curiosity. I actually graduated from Martin T. HS Laredo, TX in '81. My brothers and sisters graduated from McCallum. I am a well traveled rebel. My life took a turn when I made a decision to leave Austin and move to Albaquerque, NM in '93, all because of a girl living in Taos, NM. I could not afford Taos, so I had to settle for Albaquerque working as an overnight Waffle House cook. Waffle House got robbed too many times, so I quit, prayed and joined the Army. Camp (Ft. Knox, KY), trained as a Medic/Operating Room Specialist (Ft. Sam Houston, TX/Ft. Carson, CO), got assigned to West Point, NY, with the active duty garrison in support of the Cadets, shattered my left ankle, got my ankle put back together with a Titanium plate and 8 screws, got Honorably discharged in '98. I stayed in NY, got married to an Italian, Linda Piscatella, and have 3 stepchildren, Giovanni and twins Dina & Dominica I live in Malta, NY, and work as an LPN for Northeast Health. Can anyone relate to how much TIME has come and gone?
